Account Deletion & Data Privacy
At TrackKit, we value your privacy and provide transparent control over your data. Whether you are an individual user or part of a corporate organization, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.
B2B Data Policy: TrackKit is a B2B asset tracking solution. Deleting a personal user account removes your profile data but does not delete asset records or logs created for your Organization to ensure business continuity for your Admin.
How to initiate deletion
Option 1: Through the TrackKit Mobile App
The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is within the app itself:
- Open the TrackKit App on your mobile device.
- Navigate to Settings > Profile.
- Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts.
Option 2: Email Request
If you no longer have access to the mobile app, you may request manual account deletion by contacting our parent company, New Wave Solutions. Please email us from the address associated with your TrackKit account:
Data Retention Timeline
- Immediate Action: Application access is revoked upon verification.
- PII Removal: Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is purged or anonymized within 30 days.
- Legal Compliance: Certain data may be retained for financial auditing or security purposes as required by law.
